Crime fiction books and novels are some of the many written works that have a wide popularity among readers and lovers of written work. These books are mainly about stories revolving around the solving of crime and mysteries. These stories are in most cases not true and are usually an account of the imagination of an author.

Novels take a considerable amount of time to write and come up with. From the initial stage of writing, a lot of planning needs to be done. This is subject to the development of the story. When coming with up any piece of writing, one must have a clear mind that is not distorted or distracted by any obstacle from the surrounding.

Crimes are really intriguing mysteries that leave people entertained and wanting more. The many questions that arise in the readers' minds about events that are unfolding in the story are not all answered. This is a technique made use of often by writers to keep their audience at bay at all times. This is also a marketing strategy that makes readers want to read more work or compositions from a specific author.

The above genre of novels is common among the young and the old as well. People of all ages can be entertained by the events that take place in these tales. The tales, though not based on any truth, are usually made to be so real and life likes so as to create some familiarity with reality. The characters used here cannot be animated.

Animated characters do not go well with such plots in this genre of literature. Real people are use as characters and they usually have names just like any other ordinary person. The charters are divided into two and those categories are the main and subordinate characters. The main characters play paramount roles in the stories.

The works in these books is totally fiction and therefore not true at all. They may have some truth in them, but this is in small quantities to act as an illusion to the reader. The illusion helps create a reality point of view that engulfs the reader into the mystery of a tale. Some novels are normally based on legends and myths about people and events in the past.

Catching the attention of a reader and making them to be glued to the book is the overall intention of any book writer out there across the globe. These novels are so fascinating that some of them are usually turned into films. One such example of a brilliant book that later became into a motion picture is the 'Girl with a dragon tattoo'.

This book had received so much popularity and good rating from readers and a wide range of audiences that it had to be documented on film. Many more such books have gone through the same path and this shows how entertaining this genre of novels can be.
