Following her visit to Thailand, she decided to start off her work by visiting houses in Los Angeles where in she would examine these houses and add some designs to them. One thing that she noticed with these houses were that they were not very brightly designed. This actually gave off a very gloomy feel which was not healthy for those living inside.
Her most well known projects were known as the Visible Light Series and the Garden Light Series. The more popular of the two which is the Visible Light Series, is the one that really made it big with the people because its design is so energetic and bright. At the same time, it is very cooling to the eyes because of the combination of all the colors.
Aside from the Visible Light Series, there is also the Garden Light Series which is more serene and dark as compared to the above mentioned one. This Series focuses more on blending with nature because of its very calm style. It makes use of a lot of neon lights and lines coupled with a black background.
