Anther similar company called Afton Entertainment doesn't have a good of a score as Gorilla Music does, but they work with hundreds of concert clubs all over the country. This is also a good indication that they are a good company. The music business is a small industry and things get around fast. If Afton was an unethical company it wouldn't be possible for them to work with so many venues.
So first look at their BBB rating, and then see what other reputable clubs are working with them. If you're looking for referrals make sure you're asking businesses for referrals. Asking some strange band from down the street about a club can be helpful. However, take anything they say with a grain of salt as it's not going to mean as much as another reputable business source.
