The great London Tower Bridge, built in the late 1800's, sits proud today as an iconic wonder of not only London itself, but to the world.
For those interested in a little English history, the Tower Bridge was designed by Sir Horace Jones, who was a city architect. The construction of the bridge was a very intelligent engineering innovation as it made possible for ships and motor vehicles of all sizes to move freely.. At that time of its structure, it had been a genius engineering development like no other.
Lego has celebrated this architectural wonder by producing its own tiny edition of the Tower Bridge. The deal is a gigantic design set, which features over 4000 bits of Lego blocks with beautiful details that reflect its architectural traits, including roads and water that complete the experience. It also includes cars only for that extra throw of quirk, which includes a yellow cab, a red double decker bus, a truck and a car.
It's not often that you get an opportunity to own a model such as this from Lego. Often Lego produces sets that are more intended for young ones, but this time with the Tower Bridge, it is much more of a showpiece. It is more for the eyes and the mind to enjoy, rather than a Lego fire truck that gets crashed a renewed again. It is perhaps more art and design. Lego suggests this set for ages 16+, and that means you can instantly observe that adults would be the perfect audience. However there's nothing set in stone, and this set has proven to be a fantastic educational set for ages under 15.
From most of the opinions it's been receiving, there's no doubt the Lego Tower Bridge is a large achievement. Consumers have been generally happy with regular opinions being nearly perfect. Even though coming in at its more advanced end of the costing table, it is justified from its sheer elegance and splendour. It is a beautiful centrepiece for almost any room and an absolute joy to own.
