Andy Warhol paintings include a series of digital artworks made on an Amiga 1000 in the mid-1980s. Amiga 1000 is a personal computer created by the Commodore International. Andy created a few public pieces as part of a marketing campaign. It is not known if he made additional digital artworks on his own time.

The public has Cory Arcangel to thank for the discovery. Cory is an NYC artist who is a self proclaimed Warhol enthusiast. The artworks presented included a digital portrait of Debbie Harry.
Putting his entire life savings into the printing of his first lithograph was not a problem for Thomas Kinkade even if it was at the very beginning of his artistic career.
