You want to be the best you that there is, right? Perhaps in order to do this you need to learn some personal skills in order to better yourself and your relationship with yourself (which will often translate to your relationship with others). Develop and continually cultivate a positive attitude. Start by affirming your own belief in yourself, then celebrate the small achievements you make every day.
